Rev. J. William (Bill) Keith, Jr. was appointed Superintendent of the Indianapolis East District on July 1^st, 2002. Previous appointments include St. Mark’s UMC in Bloomington, Sandy Hook UMC in Columbus, DePauw Memorial UMC in New Albany, Corydon UMC, Petersville UMC and Hamlet UMC.  

Bill is a graduate of William Henry Harrison High School, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Evansville and received his Master of Divinity Degree from Garrett–Evangelical Theological Seminary. Bill has been married to his wife Pamela for over 20 years. 

The Indianapolis East District Administrative Assistant is Mrs. Katie Swisher.
